    Our client, a leader in **aerospace and advanced manufacturing** , is seeking a **Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist** to join their team. As a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of the **Procurement & Supply Chain Department** supporting **Strategic Sourcing and Cross-Functional Business Teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong analytical skills** , **excellent negotiation abilities** , and **collaborative communication skills** , which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist

    **Contract:** Short-term Project (estimate 8 - 10 weeks)

    **Location:** Phoenix, AZ

    **Pay Range:** $45 – $55/hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement initiatives across assigned categories

    + Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery

    + Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify savings and mitigate risk

    + Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements

    + Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing strategies

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field

    + 4–6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management

    + Proven experience managing complex negotiations and supplier relationships

    + Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

    + Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools
