Quality Manager – Direct Hire
• **Mead, CO** | 💵 **$30–$40/hr DOE** | 🕒 **Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM**

What You’ll Do
+ Conduct first-article, in-process, and final inspections using proper measurement techniques
+ Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to validate product quality
+ Review material and outside processing certifications for compliance
+ Maintain accurate quality documentation, including AS9102 forms, calibration logs, and nonconformance records
+ Lead, train, and mentor quality inspectors, while guiding operators and production staff
+ Support and manage the Quality Management System (QMS), including corrective actions and improvement initiatives
+ Troubleshoot quality issues and implement timely solutions, ensuring a safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
+ High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
+ 3–5 years in quality, manufacturing, or a technical role
+ Experience with quality inspection techniques, CMM operation, and quality documentation
+ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ Comfortable working safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment
+ Bonus: Experience in a CNC machine shop or aerospace company
