Our client, a leader in the agricultural industry, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the production support team supporting seed processing and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, safety consciousness, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Technician

**Location:** Tipton, IN

Pay Range:$19.50

**Shift:** Support for 3rd shift, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What's the Job?

+ Support box wash operations during the third shift as needed

+ Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

+ Assist with seed inspection, packaging, and inventory management

+ Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the work area

+ Participate in team meetings and follow safety protocols

What's Needed?

+ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs

+ Experience operating forklifts (preferred)

+ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish seed varieties

+ Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
