    Machine Shop Operator – Weekend Shift

    • **Mead, CO** | 💵 **$22/hr** | 🕒 **Friday–Sunday, 12-hour shifts** (36 hours paid as 40 with 4 bonus hours)

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Set up jobs: build tools, fixturing, prep materials, and load work/tool offsets

    + Work with programmers to monitor job progress and suggest improvements

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime

    + Load and unload equipment and materials safely

    + Offer ideas to improve shop efficiency and workflow

    + Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery

    + Record readings and log data for machined parts

    + Support daily operations while ensuring quality standards are met

    What We’re Looking For

    + Experience in machine shop operations or a similar hands-on field

    + Comfortable using shop and quality lab tools/equipment

    + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

    + Physically able to handle shop work

    + Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    What You’ll Get
