As a Patrol Unarmed professional at Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated logistics and distribution locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points, helping to control access and observe for any unusual activity.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities according to Allied Universal protocols.

+ Work collaboratively with site staff and/or visitors to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.

+ Maintain awareness of the unique operational environment of logistics and distribution locations, adapting to changing conditions and requirements as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
