As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding promptly to situations as they arise. What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and coordinate incoming and outgoing communications using dispatch systems to support security-related operations at the healthcare location.

+ Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations, providing clear and calm communication to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.

+ Maintain records of all calls, incidents, and activities as part of site-specific procedures.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring and authorizing entry and/or exit of individuals and vehicles in accordance with site policies.

+ Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from staff, visitors, and/or contractors in a professional manner.

+ Relay important information to Allied Universal security-related personnel and/or site management as needed.

+ Support emergency response activities by initiating notifications and facilitating communication between on-site teams and external responders.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
