As a **Security Officer - Telecom Unarmed Patrols** in **Phoenix, AZ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and media locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious activity within the location.

+ Document and report incidents, observations, and any maintenance or hazard conditions encountered during patrols.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and management at the location.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
