As a **Security Officer - Unarmed Auto Patrol** in **Louisville, KY** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated auto industry locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Your visible presence and routine patrols will contribute to a secure environment, while your communication skills and professionalism will support a positive experience for all individuals on site. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location.

+ Maintain a visible presence to help promote a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, client personnel, and/or visitors as required.

+ Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid skills are preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
