Intern - Project Management Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $19.00 - $21.00 an hour – Per Diem Days, Various shifts and hours per week

We are seeking an independent, self-starter with excellent communication and organization skills to join our healthcare PMO team. Our team is highly sought out within the organization based on our level of expertise, impact, dedication, and enthusiasm we approach projects with. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of a project (see responsibilities below), ultimately driving the team to success!

Benefits: •403(b)Retirement plan •Education assistance program •Staff Support Initiatives such as Sound Baths, Meditation, Massages, and Reiki •Free one-on-one retirement planning sessions •Employee Assistance Program offering 8 free, confidential counseling sessions for you and your family Qualifications •Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor of Science in Business, Information Systems/Technology or other related field. •0-1 years of experience in Project Management or equivalent, preferably in a health care setting preferred Responsibilities •Will assist project managers with small, relatively simple projects in terms of complexity, cost, and time constraints with guidance from the PMO Manager or other mentors as assigned and spearhead operational and administrative tasks of the project team as needed. •The Project Management Intern manages the administrative tasks, such as schedule coordination, document and information distribution, report collation, and communication support. •May assist other project managers in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans •Assists other project managers with the project procurement process •May assist project managers when meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines •Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time •Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables •May help liaise between project managers and project clients throughout the project life cycle •Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project managers. •Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports •Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables •Write emails with clear, courteous and well thought out information •Ability to prioritize own workload across multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment •Prepares flow charts and/or diagrams to demonstrate process flow or system operation About Boulder Community Health Boulder Community Health (BCH) is a not-for-profit healthcare organization based in Boulder, Colorado, serving the Boulder County community.
