    Responsibilities for Coord Foreclosure include but are not limited to:

    • Role is focused on administrative tasks to support the day-to-day foreclosure process.

    • Review real property conveyance and encumbrance documents for accuracy and recordability.

    • County E-recordings

    • Establish and maintain positive client/vendor relationships.

    • Reviews and gathers information relating to foreclosure documentation.

    • Communicates with owners, vendors and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information.

    • Inputs and updates data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.

    • Monitor incoming email inbox and prepare and send reinstatement quotes to owners.

    • Accounting items such as invoicing and check deposits

    • Performs other duties or projects as assigned.

    Candidates for Coord Foreclosure must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    • Prefer foreclosure processing, document preparation, and recording experience

    • Team player

    • Resourceful

    • Customer service skills

    • Communication skills: verbal & written

    • Proficient MS Office skills including Excel and Outlook

    • Working with confidential and proprietary information.

    • Able to exercise discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment

    • Ability to work under pressure, manage challenging customer interactions, and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands

    • Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within time constraints, paying particular attention to detail.

    • High School diploma or equivalent

     

    What's in this Coord Foreclosure position for you?

     

    • Pay: $21/hr.

    • Shift: Mon-Fri, 7AM to 4PM, 8AM to 5PM, 8:30AM to 5:30PM and/or 9AM to 6PM

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
