Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Janitor to maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation across our factory, office, and common areas. This role supports a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment by following established cleaning, safety, and environmental procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Empty trash and recyclables; clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break areas, and equipment
+ Sweep, mop, and run floor scrubber daily
+ Refill toiletries and maintain janitorial supplies and equipment
+ Clean spills, hazards, and contaminated waste using proper procedures and PPE
+ Follow all safety, quality, and environmental policies; participate in training
+ Support plant goals and recommend process improvements
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ No prior experience or education required
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
+ Willingness to learn to operate a floor scrubber
+ Ability to follow written instructions and work well with others
Physical & Work Environment:
+ Lift up to 50 lbs; bending, kneeling, walking, and standing required
+ Factory, office, and occasional outdoor work in various weather conditions
Environmental, Health & Safety:
+ Comply with all EH&S, IATF, and ISO14001 procedures
+ Follow PPE requirements and maintain a safety-first approach
**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
