    Champion Homes Center has an immediate opening for a Manufactured Housing Salesperson in Rockport, TX. Champion Homes Center is a direct retailer for Champion Homes, the country's largest publicly held manufactured home producer.

    Role Description

    Previous successful experience in the factory-built housing industry is a must to be considered for this position.

     

    Must be able to provide a minimum of three-year successful track record of manufactured housing sales in a mountainous region and have the ability to perform site checks to determine home placement feasibility.

     

    This position is within a private property 50-lot development with spec homes available for immediate occupancy as well as a small model home center for sales into Texas.

     

    A proven track record of strong closing abilities is a must.

    Job Requirements:

    + Ability to work Saturdays, early evenings & some holidays (5 day work week)

    + Proven closing/negotiation skills

    + Strong communication skills both verbal & written

    + Great listening skills & creative problem-solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as a solution.

    + Proactive follow-up with prospective customers

    Qualifications

    + Proven experience in a leadership role in the factory-built home industry is a plus
