    Job Title: Electronics Test Technician

    *Direct placement*

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated Avionics Test Technicians to join our team across three shifts of operation: 8 positions for the 1st shift, 6 for the 2nd shift, and 6 for the 3rd shift. This role is critical for ensuring the precision and reliability of our instrumentation and customer equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Calibrate IS&S instrumentation.

    + Troubleshoot and repair customer-owned units to the component level for all analog and digital circuitry.

    + Adhere to guidelines and procedures of FAR 145 repair station.

    Essential Skills

    + Two years of technical or equivalent education.

    + Five years of experience in testing or maintaining electronic equipment.

    + Ability to troubleshoot down to the component level.

    + Experience with Surface Mount Technology and through-hole solder technology.

    + Familiarity with video and Ethernet circuitry troubleshooting (Flat Panel Instruments).

    + Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment such as scopes, multimeters, power supplies, and frequency counters.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with CTDI, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, or BAE is preferred.

    + Blueprint and schematics experience.

    + Open to candidates with a strong electrical experience outside of aviation.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

     

    -Current benefit package includes a comprehensive Medical (Independent Administrators), Dental (MetLife), & Vision (VBA) program with no grace period

    -Vacation - 2 weeks accrual

    -Holidays - 9 public +3 floating holidays

    -Sick - 6 days

    -401k (up to 4%) match after 90 days

    -Bonus Plan (5%) Annually December

    -Performance review raises (4%) Yearly

    -2nd Shift Differential: +10%

    -3rd Shift Differential: +15%
