    Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all common areas, including hallways, bathrooms, door handles, and countertops. This role involves deep cleaning of carpets and leading and training a team of employees to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee and ensure the cleanliness of all common areas, such as hallways, bathrooms, door handles, and countertops.

    + Perform deep cleaning of carpets and other surfaces as required.

    + Lead, train, and supervise a team of janitorial staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

    + Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to enhance efficiency.

    + Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in general labor, particularly in a cleaning or janitorial capacity.

    + Ability to lead and train a team effectively.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required.

    Work Environment

    The role operates during night shifts from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, providing a quiet and focused work environment. The position involves manual labor and requires a keen attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standard.

    This is a Contract position based out of Burbank, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
