    Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production operations. This role involves managing routine maintenance and repairs, developing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of production machinery, including machines, conveyors, and related equipment.

    + Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all production equipment.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues promptly.

    + Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE and adherence to lockout/tagout procedures.

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, such as repairs, inspections, and equipment modifications.

    + Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts, ensuring availability while minimizing excess stock.

    + Order and procure necessary parts and tools, maintaining cost-effectiveness and timely availability.

    + Identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment upgrades to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.

    + Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance team.

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or flexible packaging environment

    + 3 to 5 years of experience as a Millwright

    + 4 to 6 years of electrical and machine experience

    + Technical school or skilled trade program preferred

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
