Production Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift (Assembler/Brazing)

Pay:** $22–$23/hr | **Direct Hire Opportunity

**Shift:** 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm M-Fr, 2nd Shift 2:30pm-1am M-Th

What You’ll Do

+ Assemble products using work orders and blueprints.

+ Cut, measure, and fit components accurately.

+ Use drills, hand tools, and tape measures daily.

+ Perform quality checks and maintain production timelines.

+ Communicate issues to supervisors and follow safety standards.

+ Participate in 5S and keep your work area organized.

What We’re Looking For

+ **Experience:** 6+ months in mechanical assembly.

+ Ability to read blueprints and convert fractions/decimals.

+ Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment.

+ Physically able to stand 8–10 hrs and lift up to 50 lbs.

+ High School Diploma/GED required.

+ Basic computer skills and PPE knowledge.

Bonus Skills:

Metal fabrication, brazing, progressive stamping, OSHA certification.

This is a Permanent position based out of Shakopee, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.

Competitive Pay: Pay range $22.01-27.50/hr.
