    Job Description

    Join a dynamic Retail Studio as an Intermediate Architectural Staff member. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about producing high-quality construction documents in a fast-paced setting. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, making an immediate impact while focusing on technical excellence and design execution—all from the flexibility of a fully remote setting.

    Responsibilities

    + Produce complete sets of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.

    + Apply building codes and technical detailing to ensure compliance.

    + Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for seamless project delivery.

    + Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools effectively.

    + Support site planning, material selection, and cost estimating.

    + Participate in light project management and client interaction as needed.

    Required Skills

    + Proficiency in Revit for producing detailed, code-compliant construction documents.

    + Strong understanding of building codes and technical detailing.

    + Ability to coordinate with consultants and internal teams.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with high-volume retail rollout projects (food & beverage preferred).

    + Ability to lead junior staff and contribute to team coordination.

    + Comfortable supporting client interactions.

    Disqualifiers

    + No Revit experience.

    + Less than 3 years of architectural experience.

    + No experience producing construction documents.

    + Poor collaboration or communication skills.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
