Job Title: Pharmacy TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician with strong data entry skills for a front-end role. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering prescriptions promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities

+ Enter prescriptions in a timely and accurate manner.

+ Utilize computer skills for data entry and prescription management.

+ Ensure fulfillment and order entry tasks are completed efficiently.

+ Assist with insurance and specialty pharmacy tasks.

+ Maintain professionalism in a retail pharmacy setting.

Essential Skills

+ Pharmacy technician license is required.

+ Proficiency in data entry and computer skills.

+ Experience in retail pharmacy settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Registered Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment

This position operates in a closed-door dispensing pharmacy environment, requiring the ability to work at a desk on a computer for 8-hour shifts. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, with occasional weekends. The role offers a future hybrid work schedule, allowing for three days remote and two days in-office based on performance and attendance. Initially, the position will require in-office attendance until conversion to a hybrid model. Internal benefits include holiday and PTO, along with promotional opportunities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
