    Description

    Our client, a notable architecture firm located in the heart of Manhattan, is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant / Paralegal to join its in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of legal experience, ideally with exposure to construction / design contracts. This is an on-site role.

     

    Role: Legal Administrative Assistant / Paralegal

     

    Schedule: In office; 9am - 6pm

     

    Salary: $60,000 - $85,000

    Job Duties

    - Editing and proofreading agreements; drafting agreements using templates

     

    - Performing redlines of agreements and other legal documents

     

    - Converting documents from Microsoft Word to PDF and vice-versa -

     

    General administrative tasks

     

    - Preparing expense reports

    Requirements

    Requirements

    - 5+ years of transactional legal experience

     

    - Familiarity with contracts (construction / design contracts a plus)

     

    - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

     

    - Ability to work in-office in NYC
