Description

We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in litigation cases, including civil, employment, and insurance defense matters.

• Draft and file legal motions, briefs, and other necessary documentation to support case strategies.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal precedents to strengthen case arguments.

• Manage discovery processes, including gathering and reviewing evidence.

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients while maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies and solutions.

• Handle complex commercial, civil rights, and defense litigation cases with attention to detail.

• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations in all case proceedings.

• Prepare and present cases in court, demonstrating excellent advocacy skills.

• Adapt to a dynamic work environment to meet deadlines and achieve client objectives.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, employment, or insurance defense.

• Proven ability to draft high-quality legal documents, including motions and briefs.

• Strong academic background demonstrating exceptional analytical skills.

• Independently motivated with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.

• Capable of identifying challenges, analyzing problems, and implementing effective solutions.

• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Excellent communication and legal writing skills.
