Description We are looking for a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing legal documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting the team with contract administration processes. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong background in corporate legal practices and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

• Support compliance efforts by monitoring legal standards and addressing regulatory requirements.

• Manage contract administration processes, including documentation and tracking.

• Provide assistance in construction contracting tasks, offering expertise where required.

• Collaborate with legal teams to prepare for discovery, civil litigation, and trials.

• Utilize case management software to organize and maintain legal records.

• Conduct research on compliance risk factors and recommend appropriate actions.

• Assist in trial preparation by gathering and analyzing relevant data.

• Ensure the smooth execution of legal processes and maintain detailed documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to address legal inquiries and issues effectively. Requirements • Proven experience as a paralegal, particularly in corporate legal settings.

• Familiarity with discovery processes and civil litigation procedures.

• Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management practices.

• Proficiency in case management software and legal documentation tools.

• Ability to draft and review contracts with precision and attention to detail.

• Experience in trial preparation and supporting litigation processes.

• Understanding of construction contracting is considered a strong advantage.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
