Ag/Commercial Lending Officer
About the Role
We’re seeking an Ag/Commercial Lending Officer to build strong client relationships and manage a high‑quality loan portfolio. This role combines credit expertise with business development in the agricultural and commercial markets.
What You’ll Do
+ Interview prospective borrowers and assess credit requests
+ Analyze financials and structure loan terms
+ Prepare and present credit packages for approval
+ Oversee documentation and monitor existing loans
+ Manage problem credits and workout strategies
+ Drive new business and maintain client relationships
+ Mentor junior officers and engage in community activities
What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Agribusiness, or related field
+ Strong underwriting and portfolio management skills
+ Proven business development ability
+ Typically 3+ years as an Ag or Commercial Loan Officer (entry‑level track available for qualified candidates)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
