    Today, we’re ready to add a Software Developer Lead with strong Java and Sping experience to our team. As a Software Engineer Lead you will deliver simple solutions to complex problems and tailor cutting-edge solutions to the unique requirements of our clients.     + Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.

    + Works in a software development agile team in a fast-moving environment with new iterations every 10 days, communicating with Engineers, Customers, Project Managers, Requirements Analysts, Testers, and other team members.

    + Works on user functionality enhancements, bug fixes, and modernization development efforts.

    + Participates in agile team activities such as daily scrum, sprint retrospective, sprint review, and sprint planning.

    + Works at being collaborative. Must be willing to work in a common virtual team workspace setting during the day.

    + Help other developers with roadblocks and technical issues.

    + Create the functionality with the analysts by grooming large tasks into doable sized blocks for developers

    + Education: B. . Computer Science, Software Engineering, I. . /I. . or related field

    + Required Experience: 6+ years of related experience of hands-on backend web development experience

    + Experience leading a team of developers in the past

    + Required Technical Skills: Java (11+), Spring, JPA, Rest, GIT, Maven

    + Helpful Technical Skills: Kafka, Soap, Cucumber, Oracle

    + US Citizenship is Required.

    + Base Pay Range: ​$156,000

    + Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation

    + All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors.
