Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth - 1301 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104
Work hours: Full Time Days for 40 hours/week. Weekend and holiday requirements
Here's What You Need
* Associate's Degree health care, business, marketing or related field Required
* 2 Years experience in health care, business, marketing, or related field Required.
* Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast-paced work environment, positive interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.
What You Will Do
* Arrange pre/post-transplant evaluation appointments, release orders, and obtain patient consent.
* Handle transplant applications from multiple sources, conduct intake screenings, collect records, and enter data into electronic systems.
* Assess contraindications with nurses, schedule classes, send welcome letters, request outside test results, and ensure timely documentation.
* Process and follow up on referrals from nurses, physicians, or social workers, ensuring evaluations and documentation are completed.
* Maintain strong ties with providers, dialysis centers, and the renal community through visits, events, and monthly outreach reports.
* Conduct satisfaction surveys, share feedback with the quality team, participate in improvement projects, and reduce appointment cancellations.
* Work closely with transplant coordinators to delegate tasks, support patients with paperwork/testing, and actively engage as a transplant team member.
