    Responsibilities

    + Oversees the development and execution of supply chain strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, and driving continuous improvement across various teams

    + Manages teams of supply chain professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to foster a high-performance culture and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators

    + Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement integrated supply chain solutions that optimize efficiency

    + Develops and manages inventory budgets, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process optimization

    + Leads the development and implementation of inventory management strategies, ensuring the right balance of stock levels, order frequency, and service levels to meet demand while minimizing costs

    + Fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, encouraging the development of new ideas, skills, and capabilities to support the organization's long-term success

    + Drives the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain management, staying current with industry trends and leveraging insights to inform strategy and decision-making

    + Develops and implements risk management strategies, conducting regular assessments to identify potential supply chain disruptions and developing contingency plans to mitigate risk and ensure business continuity

    + A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Five or more years of experience supervising a team of direct reports and/or project management.

    + Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and process optimization

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Proven expertise in strategic inventory planning and forecasting, including the ability to design and lead strategies that effectively balance supply and demand, minimize stockouts and excess inventory, and align procurement activities with business objectives.

    + Demonstrated skill in inventory optimization and control, with experience developing, implementing, and refining best practices for cycle counts, audits, reconciliation, and shrink prevention, as well as proactively resolving issues related to slow-moving, excess, or out-of-stock items.

    + Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities, coordinating with procurement, engineering, warehousing, transportation, and vendor teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations; proven ability to manage supplier relationships, performance, and statements of work (SOWs) to meet evolving business needs.

    + Advanced data and performance management abilities, including tracking and analysis of key KPIs (inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, fill rates, stockout rates, carrying cost savings), preparation of comprehensive financial and operational reports, and support for budgeting, variance analysis, month-end close, and audits.

    + Experience leading system implementation and process improvement initiatives, such as deploying and optimizing inventory management systems (e.g., NextGen, SAP, WMS), and continuously enhancing workflows, storage layouts, stock processes, and technology tools to maximize operational efficiency.

    + Exceptional team leadership and project management skills, with a track record of providing direction and training to commodity groups, supervising and mentoring inventory staff, overseeing daily operations, and successfully leading inventory-related projects (e.g., SKU rationalization, system upgrades, process re-engineering) to achieve quality, budget, and timeline goals.

    + Comprehensive risk management and compliance knowledge, including monitoring inventory risks (shrinkage, obsolescence), implementing effective safeguards, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and safety protocols throughout inventory operations.

    Additional Information

    + This position's work mode is on-site. The employee will report to an SCE facility or in the field location. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
