Clinical Admissions RN - Weekends (Baylor Shift)Location: In-home assessments in Everett, Revere, Quincy, and Braintree, MA Schedule: Saturday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Paid for 24 hours) Pay: • Local: $57/hour • Mileage: $0.70/mile reimbursement Duration: 13 weeks to start (Temp-to-Perm & Direct Hire options available) ________________________________________About the RoleAmergis Staffing is partnering with a respected Adult Day Health organization dedicated to helping elderly and disabled individuals remain safe and comfortable in their homes. This program provides personalized care plans, clinical oversight, and ongoing case management to support both clients and caregivers.As a Clinical Admissions RN, you’ll function independently during weekend operations, delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring client safety and stability while reducing preventable hospitalizations.________________________________________Why You’ll Love This Role• Autonomy: Manage your own weekend caseload with independence. • Work-Life Balance: Two days of work, paid for 24 hours. • Impact: Make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families. ________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Manage weekend Baylor shifts (16 hours worked, paid for 24).• Complete intake, annual assessments, and admission visits.• Document client assessments and multidisciplinary care plans; coordinate with PCPs and providers.• Educate caregivers on admission materials and communication tools.• Conduct in-home visits, caregiver training, and health/environmental assessments.• Perform semi-annual visits: update care plans, review goals, reconcile medications, and audit caregiver tools.• Identify and address safety, psychosocial, and health concerns.• Participate in team meetings and collaborate to support client needs.• Promote a culture of compassion, quality care, and customer service.________________________________________Qualifications• Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing.• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.• Clinical assessment experience required.• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; comfort with telehealth tools.
