    Job Skills / Requirements

    Role:

    The Operations Manager oversees daily branch operations for security services, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong client relationships, personnel oversight, compliance with company standards, and operational efficiency.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Valid Louisiana Armed Security License (or ability to obtain/maintain)

    + Valid driver’s license

    + 3+ years military, law enforcement, corrections, and/or security experience

    + 1+ years supervisory or management experience

    + Preferred: CPP, PSP certifications

    + Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

     

    Duties & Responsibilities

     

    Security Service Delivery

     

    + Ensure timely, efficient, and accurate service to all clients

    + Administer Guard Management software

    + Enforce all workplace safety measures

     

    Performance Management

     

    + Identify and resolve performance issues

    + Implement and communicate SE operational standards

    + Perform additional duties as assigned

     

    Client & Team Communication

     

    + Act as liaison with client contacts and Security Engineer leadership

    + Maintain communication with Site Managers and Supervisors

    + Support continuous improvement of client services

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Team Oversight

     

    + Supervise Site Managers and Supervisors

    + Provide leadership, guidance, and support

    + Drive operational and change-management initiatives

     

    Operational Leadership

     

    + Implement operational standards and safety protocols

    + Monitor and evaluate team performance

    + Promote accountability and excellence

    Required Skills & Abilities

    + Proven leadership and supervisory ability

    + Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities

    + Adaptability to organizational change

    + Strong written, electronic, and verbal communication

    + Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and administrative software

    + Flexibility to support a 24-hour operation

    + Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

    + Positive attitude and willingness to take on diverse tasks

     

    Preferred Skills & Abilities

     

    + Contract/private security experience

    + Comfort with new technology

    + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

    + Ability to build relationships with diverse teams and clients

    Physical Requirements

    + Stand at least 1 hour without support

    + Sit at least 1 hour without a break

    + Walk ½ mile without stopping

    + Climb 20 commercial-facility stairs without stopping

    Education

    Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent

     

    Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

    Education Requirements (All)

    Certification Requirements (All)

     

    Louisiana Armed Security Guard Card preferred Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses State Issued Driver's License (Not Expired) TWIC card, preferred
