• Organizational Change Manager (OCM) SME

    Our client is searching for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) subject matter expert with experience leading large-scale initiatives for a Fortune 250 company with a global workforce. The right candidate is responsible for managing and implementing change initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness. Must have great communication and organization skills. Must be able to guide, develop, monitor, and implement change management activities.

    Required:

    + Advanced degree in OCM

    + Experience working with top consulting fortune 500 companies

    + Must have knowledge of business processes, organizational structures, and the impact of external factors such as technology and market trends.

    + Ensure that the changes are implemented smoothly and effectively, with minimal disruption to the organization's operations.

    + Must have strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

    + 10 years of change management experience or 4 years of change management

    experience with 4 years in a business leadership role

    + 3-5 years of experience in the delivery of large-scale technology initiatives

    across diverse stakeholder groups and at the Executive / Sr

    + Demonstrated ability to manage / support global, regional and local workforces

    + Change Management training and/or Certification

    + Pay Rate / Range:_________$70__$_74.00__________
