Wayfair is seeking collaborative, innovative, and adaptable candidates for full-time positions within our Operations team. Operations Associates will have the opportunity to gain experience in core functional areas at the center of our logistics and supply chain functions and contribute directly to the growth and success of the company. What You'll Do
+ Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to management both within and outside your immediate line of reporting
+ Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams across Operations
+ Monitor key performance indicators and work collaboratively to improve the quality of our logistics and supply chain operation
+ Create and deliver communication plans with external partners including suppliers, logistics, Wayfair’s proprietary freight forwarding service (CastleGate Forwarding), and external 3rd party logistics companies (3PL)
What You’ll Need:
Basic Qualifications:
+ 1-3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience
+ Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to influence others
+ Analytical mindset able to process large volumes of data using a variety of reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, etc.)
+ Ability to distill complex information in a simplistic way via emails, charts, graphs, and other forms of presentations
+ Passionate about execution with strong interest to drive customer engagement
+ Desire to own projects from beginning to end, and thrive as part of a team as well as individually
+ Comfortability navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment with little structure
+ Strong project management and prioritization skills

Associate - Revenue Operations - B2B Sales
Wayfair’s Global Sales team is seeking a collaborative, analytical-oriented Associate to join the Global Revenue Operations team (GRO). GRO’s mission is to partner with the Global Sales teams to craft and execute strategy, driving operational improvements that accelerate program performance to consistently exceed sales targets.
This role will support the GRO team’s partnership with Wayfair Professional’s (B2B) Sales teams: Enterprise, Account Management, and Outbound. You will support GRO team initiatives, focused on optimizing sales workflows, processes, and tooling. The ultimate goal is to enhance the experience for both our customers and our sales agents, enabling the team to build stronger relationships and better serve customer needs. This scope includes proactively monitoring performance through reviewing reports and creating executive business review agendas, as well as supporting short- and long-term projects to reinforce positive trends or improve under-performance.
Associate, Fintech & Loyalty Operations
The Fintech & Loyalty (F&L) organization builds and manages the foundational systems, financial products, and customer programs that power a secure, seamless, and rewarding payment experience for Wayfair customers. Within F&L, the Operations team ensures day-to-day excellence, manages customer escalations, supports strategic partnerships (including Capital One), and translates customer and operational data into insights that drive continuous improvement.
As an Associate for Fintech & Loyalty Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, accuracy, and customer satisfaction of our Fintech and Loyalty programs. You’ll own triaging and resolving operational escalations, consulting on B2B Financing strategy, supporting external payment and credit partnerships, and surfacing actionable Voice of Customer insights. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, and Finance to remove roadblocks, resolve issues, and improve both the customer and business experience.

Wayfair's In-Office Policy:
All Boston-based corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work remotely the other 1 day of the week.
