Flight RN
Flight Nurse is part of the specialty transport team of experts to safely transport patients between medical facilities and accident scenes. An important aspect includes collaboration with other medical and emergency service providers for the purpose of establishing continuity of care by applying problem solving strategies to patient case challenges, adapting to a dynamic and challenging environment, and advancing treatment modalities/interventions with the end goals of providing the highest patient care and improving patient outcomes.

+ This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled.
+ This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:
+ **Texas:** **Lubbock, TX**
+ Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements.
+ Flexible and available to work on a variable shift which may include days, evenings, or nights shifts.

Required Qualifications:
+ Graduate from an accredited nursing program
+ Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License
+ Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
+ Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
+ Upon hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association
+ Upon hire: National Trauma Nursing Core Course - Emergency Nurses Association
+ Within 2 years of hire: Neonatal Pediatric Transport Subspecialty Certification (C-NPT) -OR-
+ Within 2 years of hire: Registered Nurse Certified in Inpatient Obstetrics (RNC-OB) -OR-
+ Within 2 years of hire: Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN)
+ 3 or more years of acute care nursing
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 5 or more years of PICU, NICU, and/or L&D experience.
+ 3 or more years of Flight Nursing/Specialty Transport Nursing

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
