    Job Description

    The Test Technician will perform operational tests on a wide variety of moderately complex production components, subassemblies and systems using data sheets, schematics, wiring diagrams, established test specifications and standard test procedures, which clearly outline procedures to be followed.

     

    **This position is 2nd shift on a 9/80 work schedule-every other Friday off! Second shift includes a 10% pay premium** .

     

    Some of the job duties will include setting up test apparatus and conducting tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences. Lays out and assembles units for production equipment according to designs and specifications. Adjusts and calibrates systems as needed. Modifies equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches. Corrects malfunctions by adjusting or replacing parts or components as directed. Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

     

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    High School Diploma or GED

    4 years RF or Electrical testing experience.

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    2 - 4 years college/university and 4 years practical work experience.

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $61304 - $98086
