The Utility Building Engineer performs general building engineering duties.

Essential Functions:

+ General cleaning of engineering spaces.

+ Cleaning and/or painting of non-operating mechanical equipment which has been shut down, locked out and tagged by a Journeyman Engineer.

+ Perform general labor as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief

+ Preventative maintenance of all assigned areas.

+ Assist Journeymen Engineers whenever needed.

+ Other duties as assigned.
