    Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager - Customer Success Strategy, you will be part of the strategic operations supporting various project initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve organizational goals and oversee the integration of technical activities.

    + Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders effectively.

    + Recruit stakeholders, assign tasks, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure project success.

    + Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and strategic alignment.

    + Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 5-7 years of project or strategy experience with a proven track record of strategic thinking.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to craft executive-ready narratives.

    + Excellent stakeholder management and organizational navigation skills.

    + Experience working independently and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred.
