As a **Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrols Unarmed** in **Saint Louis, MO** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and support a welcoming environment for all. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

+ Monitor the location for any unusual activity, reporting findings according to Allied Universal protocols.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

+ Communicate with team members and site management to relay relevant information regarding security-related matters.

+ Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or authorizations as required by site policies.

+ Support emergency response efforts and follow established procedures in the event of fire alarms, medical emergencies, or other incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
