Robert Half Legal is proud to partner with a highly regarded mid-sized law firm in Century City seeking a talented Civil Litigation Attorney. This opportunity allows you to work within a collaborative team, handling challenging civil matters for a diverse client base in a supportive and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including case evaluation, strategy development, discovery, motion practice, client communications, and trial preparation.

+ Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements.

+ Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, and negotiations.

+ Provide effective counsel and advocate for clients throughout the litigation process.

+ Collaborate closely with other attorneys and staff to achieve optimal case outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

+ Active California Bar membership in good standing.

+ 3+ years of experience in civil litigation; trial, arbitration, or hearing experience is a plus.

+ Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

+ Strong organization, analytical, and communication abilities.

+ Ability to manage multiple matters in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
