Executive Assistant to HR Vice President
Job Description:
This position will provide administrative support to 2-3 Vice Presidents of Human Resources and provide general support to the HR team.
What You’ll Be Doing
+ Prepares, composes, and initiates presentation materials, reports, and correspondence.
+ Manages executive calendars and arranges appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and related arrangements.
+ Processes purchase orders/invoices through internal Oracle procurement system and monitors for completeness.
+ Manages receipts for events, travel, etc. and creates accurate and timely expense reports.
+ Organizes and coordinates in-person and virtual meeting arrangements: gathers topics and materials, creates agendas, and manages associated technology and related needs, including catering, Teams broadcasts, etc.
+ Supports project-related needs, including meeting minutes/action items and follows up as needed.
+ Orders office supplies and maintains appropriate records, files, and documentation.
What Are We Looking For?
+ At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
+ Subject matter expert with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other office technology
+ Ability to learn, apply, and navigate through internal systems, technologies, processes and policies with speed and accuracy
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service mentality
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Exceptional organization skills with ability to multi-task
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Work Arrangement:
CO Hybrid: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days at Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$37.43 - $45.75
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
