    HOW A DATA ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

    + Data Collection and Analysis on the organization's current technology assets (hardware, software, infrastructure) to identify obsolescence or areas needing updates.

    + Maintaining and monitoring asset inventories to track hardware and software components slated for refresh.

    + Ensure systems and equipment adhere to lifecycle plans, identifying when replacements or upgrades are needed based on age, performance, and business requirements.

    + Work with stakeholders to prioritize refresh efforts based on urgency, business value, and budget constraints.

    + Evaluate the financial impact of refresh initiatives, including cost-benefit analyses of retaining versus replacing aging technology.

    + Produce dashboards and reports that communicate refresh status, timelines, and cost metrics to key stakeholders.

    + Partner with engineers, project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to execute refresh strategies efficiently.

    + Assess risks associated with delays or failures in updating critical technologies and proposing mitigation plans.

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    **Education:** Bachelors in a relevant field, such as data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science, and minimum 5 years of data analysis experience.

    Preferred Skillset/Experience:

    + Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make recommendations for refresh strategies.

    + Knowledge of enterprise-level IT systems, asset management, and technology lifecycles.

    + Organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and collaboration across teams.

    + Ensuring accurate tracking of asset inventories and refresh schedules.

    + Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and asset management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, or CMDB tools).

    + Possess excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills.

    + Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

    The likely salary range for this position is $131,750 - $178,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
