Estimator – Nuclear Manufacturing | Inside Sales

System One is seeking a seasoned Estimator to join a high-performing Inside Sales team supporting nuclear-grade manufacturing. This role is ideal for a professional who understands the realities of machine and fabrication shops and thrives in precision-driven, regulated environments.

What You’ll Do

+ Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for RFQs involving nuclear-grade machined and fabricated components

+ Evaluate drawings, specifications, materials, labor, and processes to determine realistic costs and lead times

+ Partner with engineering, machining, welding, and production teams to validate scope and feasibility

+ Ensure estimates comply with nuclear quality and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

+ 10+ years of estimating experience in machine shop and/or fabrication environments

+ Strong knowledge of nuclear manufacturing standards (NQA-1, ASME, QA programs)

+ Proven ability to analyze complex RFQs with precision and confidence

+ Detail-driven mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
