Job Title: Quality Inspector

Type: Direct Hire

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 1st shift- Monday through Friday, 6:30am-3pm

2nd shift- Monday through Thursday, 3pm-1:30am

Quality Inspector - 1st & 2nd shift

Job Description:

Inspector level 1 is primarily responsible for magnetizing parts, stabilization, and magnetic inspections using Helmholtz coils and gauss probes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Required operations:

+ Magnetization

+ Magnetic inspection

+ Helmholtz coil

+ Gauss probe (operates)

+ LVFS (operates)

+ Visual inspection

+ Microscope

+ Part marking

+ Manual marking

+ Laser marking

+ Mark inspection

Other responsibilities:

+ Ensure proper polarity per part print

+ Stabilize material post saturation

+ Record sample data per magnetic inspection.

+ Process 100% inspection when applicable

+ Record information on routers

+ Epicor transactions

+ Basic blueprint reading

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
