Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking a highly motivated Athletic Trainer to join our growing, multidisciplinary therapy team!

As an Athletic Trainer, you will

+ Provide comprehensive athletic training services to adult, and geriatric patients.

+ Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized care plans based on patient age, diagnosis, and goals.

+ Support injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement both in the clinic and in the community.

+ Incorporate patient and family education into all phases of care.

+ Document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes according to established standards.

Schedule

+ Full-Time/80 hours every two weeks

+ Monday-Friday

+ Day shift hours

Experience/Qualifications

+ Knowledge of athletic training standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from a school accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE).

+ Current Wisconsin licensure to practice athletic training.

+ Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

+ Current AED certification.

+ Possesses a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.

+ Possesses automobile liability insurance with minimum $100,000/$300,000 coverage required.
