Aspirus Langlade Hospital in Antigo, WI is seeking a SUPERVISOR- PATIENT EXPERIENCE to join our PATIENT EXPERIENCE team!

The Patient Experience Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting the implementation of patient experience strategies that align with the organization’s mission, vision, values, and goals. This position reports to the President of Aspirus Langlade Hospital. The supervisor oversees the management of patient complaints and grievances, supports service recovery, and ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for patients and families across the care continuum.

HOURS: Full Time 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly

Experience/Qualifications

+ Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or related field.

+ Required: 2-5 years of experience in healthcare or patient/customer service role

+ Preferred: Experience with patient complaint/grievance management, service recovery, and quality improvement. At least 2 years in a supervisory or patient experience role.

Aspirus Langlade Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Antigo, Wisconsin. The hospitals admit 1,300 inpatients annually with 62,000 outpatient visits each year. The Emergency Department has more than 12,000 patient visits each year. We average 180-200 births per year and perform 1,500 surgeries annually.
