Job Description:
The Workday Stratajazz Informatics Analyst II – The Workday Stratajazz Informatics Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving adoption and maximizing the value of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and its related modules, including Finance, Recruiting, and Talent and as well as Stratajazz. This position focuses on optimizing business processes, streamlining system configurations, and enabling users to fully leverage Workday’s and Stratajazz’s capabilities. They are responsible for ensuring data integrity, supporting implementations, and helping end users leverage analytics for insight. By partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, the analyst will translate ideas into scalable solutions that not only work but are embraced by users. They will lead efforts in end-user training, change management, and support, ensuring that Workday and Stratjazz deliver intuitive experiences and actionable workforce insights. Beyond day-to-day support, they will also drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance adoption, increase efficiency, and unlock new value from the platforms.
Education:
+ Bachelor's Degree Health Services Administration, Informatics, Business Administration, or Related Field - Preferred
+ Experience or degree in a different subject area will be considered in lieu of required education
Experience:
+ 2 years supporting Workday in a Healthcare environment – Required
+ Projects and/or programs experience in a complex high performing healthcare information technology systems environment - Required
+ Experience working in an organization with complex infrastructure, applications, procedures, and cross-functional teams - Required
+ Proficiency or certification in Workday – Required
+ Proficiency or certification in Stratajazz - Required
+ Experience Stratajazz Decision Support and/or Capital Budgeting applications at prior organizations a plus – Required
+ Experience in supporting Shiftwizard and/or Dormakaba – Preferred
+ Experience Stratajazz Decision Support and/or Capital Budgeting applications at prior organizations a plus – Required
+ 1 year Healthcare technology environment - Preferred (or related experience)\
+ 1 year Curriculum design and training delivery - Preferred (or related experience)
Certifications/Licensures:
+ Workday Proficiency or Certification – Required
+ Stratajazz Proficiency or Certification - Required
Skills:
+ Extensive experience and knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook)
+ Creativity in building communication and trainings assets
+ Proficient at utilizing systems to analyze data metrics

Pay Range:
$55.99 - $83.98
Hourly
Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
