We are looking for a **Tire and Lube Technician** with a passion to service vehicles. If this is, you and you’re ready for your next destination then you have cruised to the right spot!

Educational Background:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Professional Experience:

+ Entry level position with no required experience

+ Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional)

Knowledge:

+ Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight

+ Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools

Additional Notes:

+ Must have tools to perform necessary repairs

+ Minimum tools needed for the job.

+ 3/8” and ½” impact wrench

+ Sockets wrench - metric and standard - preferably long and short lengths.

+ Oil Filter wrenches and tools

+ TPMS tool - reset tire sensors

+ Combo wrenches

+ Screwdrivers

+ Must have a Valid Driver’s License

What You’ll Get:

+ The hourly rate is $22.43

+ Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)

+ Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)

+ Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours

+ Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)

+ Profit Sharing: Eligible
