    Batteries Plus - Sales & Customer Service Associate (Full-Time)

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide consultative sales and customer service for batteries, lighting, and accessories

    + Perform battery testing, installations, rebuilds, and light technical repairs (e.g., phone/tablet repairs, key cutting, key fob programming)

    + Maintain store appearance, stock inventory, and assist with merchandising

    + Operate cash register, answer phones, and manage sales transactions

    + Contribute to team success and uphold safety and quality standards

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Prior retail experience a plus, but not required

    + Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform basic math

    + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
