We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide strong clinical leadership, ensure exceptional nursing care, and support our interdisciplinary teams in delivering compassionate, high-quality pediatric care.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Pediatric

The RN Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of nursing services during assigned shifts, including:

+ Providing immediate response to resident needs and clinical situations

+ Supervising nursing care and staff across all units while on duty

+ Ensuring compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

+ Promoting and supporting facility safety and infection prevention initiatives

+ Serving as Infection Preventionist Nurse, as assigned

+ Assuming responsibility for nursing services in the absence of the Assistant Director of Nursing and/or Director of Nursing Services

+ Supporting nursing staff through guidance, coaching, and problem-solving

+ Maintaining effective communication with residents, families, staff, and leadership

+ Contributing to a respectful, compassionate, and child-centered care environment

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Pediatric

+ Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license required

+ Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience, with at least one (1) year in a nursing leadership role

+ Pediatric, hospital, or long-term care experience required

+ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

+ Prior experience in nursing education and/or in-service training preferred

+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to supervise staff effectively and maintain high standards of care

+ Must be 21 years of age or older

+ Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate or higher level
