    Manufacturing Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift

     

    Kansas City, MO

    Full-Time

    $20.00 – $22.25 per hour

    Job Description

    We are hiring **Manufacturing Associates** to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assisting in running production lines, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall production goals.

    Available Shifts:

    + **1st Shift:** Monday–Friday, **6:30 AM – 2:30 PM**

    + **2nd Shift:** Monday–Thursday, **2:30 PM – 12:30 AM**

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist with running and maintaining production line operations

    + Set up machines accurately using proper setup techniques

    + Ensure cutting dies and bolts are properly secured

    + Monitor product quality (warp, dimensions, caliper, defects, etc.) and report issues

    + Work at the pace set by the machine operator

    + Support operators in meeting production schedules and efficiency goals

    + Perform tasks across different areas of the production line as needed

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

    + Complete production, safety, and quality reports accurately and on time

    + Proactively report equipment maintenance needs

    + Follow all company policies, safety rules, and housekeeping standards

    + Attendance is an essential function of the role

    + Additional duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

    + Ability to perform manual labor in a manufacturing environment

    Preferred:

    + Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience
