Senior Manager, Supply Chain

What's the role?
As a Senior Manager in Supply Chain, you will lead and oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless demand forecasting, supply planning, and procurement to meet organizational objectives. You will analyze data and processes, develop creative solutions, generate actionable reports, and present insights to executives and cross-functional teams. You will also manage relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, interpret legal documents, and build lasting partnerships across the business. You are a proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset, capable of driving strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
How can you add value?
+ Lead and develop the supply chain team, setting performance standards, monitoring KPIs, and driving operational excellence.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Consumer teams to align resources, support new product introductions, and ensure an effective supply chain.
+ Oversee acquisition and distribution processes for mobile devices and accessories, ensuring efficient logistics and product availability.
+ Lead weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) meetings to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
+ Proactively manage inventory levels across all locations, ensuring product availability, timely replenishment, and compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations.
+ Develop, implement, and maintain processes and controls to safeguard company inventory throughout its lifecycle.
+ Analyze data and business trends, generate reports, and drive improvements using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
+ Manage reverse logistics planning to meet customer demand efficiently.
+ Drive the implementation of S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) for mobile products.
+ Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, streamlining processes and increasing accuracy and efficiency.
+ Monitor open Purchase Orders and stock status, expediting fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.
+ Oversee sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier negotiations, correspondence, and cost management within budget.
+ Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior management.
+ Demonstrate and ensure compliance with Liberty Latin America Privacy Policy, the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America policies, and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
+ Other functions may be assigned.
What do you need?
Knowledge & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required.
+ 10+ years of experience in supply chain management or equivalent, including leadership experience.
+ Proven experience in managing teams, driving operational efficiency, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Skills & Abilities:
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can clearly present complex information to executives and stakeholders.
+ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. You can build and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
+ Strategic leadership and supervisory skills. You can inspire, coach, and develop your team.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and company products.
+ Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. You can make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
