You’ll play a key role in modernizing and enhancing digital solutions that support their core insurance operations and customer experience.Required Skills & Experience

+ Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (required).

+ 3–6 yearsof professional experience developing enterprise applications usingC#, .NET Core/6+, and Angular.

+ Strong understanding ofmicroservice architecture, RESTful API design, and asynchronous processing.

+ Experience withSQL Serveror other relational databases.

+ Familiarity with cloud environments such asAzureorAWSpreferred.

+ Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, unit testing, and agile development methodologies.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and attention to detail.

What You Will Be DoingTech Breakdown:

+ 30% maintenance

+ 70% new development

Daily Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications usingC#, .NET (6+), andAngular.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including business analysts, QA engineers, and product owners — to translate business needs into effective software solutions.

+ Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support scalable integration with enterprise systems.

+ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices for architecture, testing, and security.

+ Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies to continuously improve team efficiency and code quality.

+ Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes within Azure DevOps or comparable environments.

+ Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.

+ 2 days onsite // 3 days WFH

The Offer
