Job Title: Sheet Metal Mechanic (Non-Licensed)** **Job Description

Join our team as a Sheet Metal Mechanic where you will play a crucial role in repairing and rebuilding customers’ existing components. Your expertise in fabricating, installing, and modifying structural installations will be invaluable. You will work with blueprints and engage in aircraft sheet metal and structural repairs.

Responsibilities

+ Repair and rebuild existing components to meet customer specifications.

+ Fabricate and install sheet metal structures.

+ Interpret and work from blueprints for modifications and installations.

+ Conduct structural installations and repairs specific to aircraft sheet metal.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of experience in aircraft sheet metal and structural work.

+ Must possess personal tools necessary for the role.

Work Environment

This position is set in a heavy Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment, characterized by a fast-paced and demanding atmosphere. Employees are expected to work under tight timeframes, performing heavy C/D checks and inspections. The facility operates on a 24/7 schedule, with the option to work a 'Southern Swing Shift' involving 12-hour shifts. The dress code is casual, allowing for shorts or pants, and the work environment supports both day and night shifts to fit your lifestyle.

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeport, WV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
