Description

Our growing medical practice is seeking a talented Medical Front Desk Specialist to be the first, friendly face our patients see. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on multitasking, problem solving, and making a positive impact each day.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Job responsibilities for the position include the following:

+ Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth

+ Manage high-volume phone calls, scheduling, and patient inquiries

+ Coordinate patient registration, insurance verification, and appointment confirmations

+ Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality

+ Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and fellow support staff to keep operations running smoothly

+ Provide quick solutions to unexpected challenges

+ Ensure the front office environment is welcoming, organized, and compliant

Requirements

+ Previous healthcare front desk, medical office, or customer service experience is a strong plus

+ Comfort using electronic medical records and scheduling systems

+ Cordial communication style, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure

+ A passion for helping people and delivering stellar patient experiences

+ Strong time management and organization skills
